My journey
Hi! I’m Monica, a fine line tattoo artist born and raised in Escondido, California.
My tattoo journey began in 2017 when I started my apprenticeship in Vista, California. After years of learning and developing my craft, the pandemic temporarily paused my career in 2020. In early 2021, I returned to tattooing being hired as an artist in Escondido, where I continued to grow my style and clientele. I’ve opened up my own studio in the El Cajon, Ca. And have spent the last 3years working at a well known studio in San Marcos, Ca.
My Vision
Very early in my career, fellow artists recognized my attention to detail, gentle technique, and passion for creating delicate tattoos. Today, I specialize in fine line, thin line, dainty, feminine, and soft tattoos designed to be timeless, elegant, and meaningful. Whether it’s florals, script, dark art, ornamental designs, or sentimental pieces, my goal is to create tattoos that feel personal and beautifully balanced.
I’m proud to serve clients throughout Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Temecula, and surrounding North County San Diego communities. Many of my clients travel for custom fine line tattoos because they want a clean, delicate style in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Away from the studio
When I’m not tattooing, you’ll probably find me spending time with my dog, enjoying coffee, or finding inspiration in nature. Building genuine connections with my clients is one of my favorite parts of being a tattoo artist, and I strive to make every appointment relaxed, collaborative, and memorable.
