NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT

• Standard deposit: $100

(unless otherwise stated)

• Deposit covers one drawing.
• Simple edits can be made on the day of the appointment.
• If you change the style or entire design, a new deposit and new appointment will be required.
•  Tattoo designs will be sent for approval before your appointment. Depending on my workload that can be up to 3days prior or the night before.

To ensure your session goes smoothly and comfortably. please read the following:

During Your Appointment:

• due to limited space and respect for our other clients and artists, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED without prior approval.
• For fine line tattoos: Extra movement (talking, laughing, friends visiting can affect the precision of the work. Please keep this in mind. 

Extra guests can make it harder to concentrate. especially during fine tattoos. and our shop has limited seating

• For sternum or backside placements:

Bring a button-up or zip-up jacket and pasties for comfort and modesty.

• For long sessions: Bring a blanket, pillow, snacks, water, and headphones.

The chair will become uncomfortable over time.

• Numbing Cream:

When using a topical numbing cream apply a good layer of cream 1-15 hours before your appointment & cover with Saran Wrap.

I will remove and clean the area before starting.

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your tattoo.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Additional reschedules or changes with lessthan 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit.

Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit if the appointment cannot be completed.

No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit is forfeited. Future appointments will require a new deposit, and repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Exceptions: for emergencies, such as sudden illness, family emergencies, or severe weather, and handle those on a case-by-case basis rather than enforcing the policy rigidly.
